Extend a thrust to the face while stepping forward with the right foot. Redouble with two tramazzoni to the head, defending with the buckler. Throw a montante that ends in Guardia Alta, as you slip your right foot back to your left foot.

When the enemy extends the first thrust, pass right and parry it with the false edge. When the enemy passes right to deliver the second thrust, parry it with the true edge as the left foot comes behind. Riposte with a falso to the face made on a pass left.

When the enemy passes right with the thrust to the face, counterattack with a tramazzone turned over the thrust without stepping. Safely retreat by passing back with the right foot whilst covering the head with your buckler, extending a thrust into Guardia di Faccia, and ending in Cingiaria Porta di Ferro.
